About the founder


Advertising, portraying legends is her foundation.

Lynne Loo is the founder of D-Agent. She started her advertising career in the early 1990s; she has served as the Line Producer of Singapore Yarra Films, and Producer of Lintas, J Walter Thompson, McCann Erikson, well-known advertising companies in Hong Kong.

Having lived and worked in the US and Greater China, Lynne understands that international collaboration could be exciting because it will have the possibility of catalyzing infinite exploration of creativity by the collision of cultural exchanges. Lynne provides opportunities for collaboration between D-Agent’s international director and cinematographer talents with film producers through her professional knowledge. With over 20 years of advertising experience, Lynne understands that cross-cultural communication could also bring on challenges, she is serving as a "bridge for creativity" to film producers and filmmakers.

Film making, storytelling is her dream.

Lynne graduated from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, major in Film & TV Production. To enrich her film knowledge, she then continues her film education at the Beijing Film Academy Directing Department. In pursuing her film-making dream, Lynne came to Beijing and entered the Chinese film industry, which opened Hollywood's door for her to scout for Screenwriter, Character Designer, and Animation talent. Her favorite profession was working as a script development officer, helping developed feature film scripts at Dejun Culture, and later produced a feature film “Singing When We’re Young”, with Mr. Andy Lau as the Executive Producer. She then subsequently worked as a script doctor in the film industry.

Lynne is passionate with creative enthusiasm, yet she possesses a calm and analytical mind. In both worlds of advertising and film making, these elements are indispensable and have helped shape her unique and rich experience.
